| Agent’s fee - when acquiring or selling a property
– 3% of the purchase/selling price;
Property Management Service – managing your property - including – letting, paying running costs, collecting rent and paying you the rental income, taking overall care of your property etc - 10% of the gross rental income.
If building work is required, be it reconstruction, basic or major repair, refurbishment or furnishing, interior design and architecture, our fee is 10% of the total amount you approve and we spend. We work with well-established, reliable and reputable builders that we have worked with before and which have proved to be trustworthy. We also have supervisors to make sure all work is with high quality and done on time.
