Three lovely identical houses in the process of building, situated in the area called Ovcharovski plaj, just 3km away from the beautiful coastal town Balchik and 7km away from the resort Albena. The houses are located just 300m away from the beach and benefit from splendid views towards the sea. Each house will consist of:
- first floor: living room with dining area and kitchenette, WC, entrance hall, an office with a separate entrance from the yard with a storage and WC.
- second floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garage
- third floor – studio and a storage room
The price includes all finishing works – PVC window joinery, exterior insulation, laminated parquet, granite tiles, latex paint on the walls, fireplace and heating installation.
The construction is monolithic. According to the project, the terrain is with supporting walls. The roof is with roof tiles and wooden edge, the staircase and plinth are with Balchik stone facing. Fibran exterior insulation and mineral plaster exterior coating.
The houses are scheduled to be completed in the end of 2006. Payment scheme: 40% on signing of preliminary contract, 40% second instalment and 20% upon issuing the permission to use. |
