This lovely 2-storey house is located in the small town of Dobrinishte, famous for its mineral springs and situated just 5km away from the renowned ski resort Bansko. The house has been completely renovated and yet keeps the unique spirit of the old Bulgarian revival style. The restoration of the house has been executed according to project made by experts, all architectural details, as well as floorings, staircase, internal doors and ceilings are preserved in their original form, but have been restored. All exterior walls, as well as the flooring and the ceilings on the 2nd floor have heat insulation and the terrace on the 2nd floor is hydro insulated. The first floor has stone bases 80cm thick and the second one is brick-built and has mineral plaster. The roof has been reconstructed, all windows have new PVC joinery, water and electric installations have been changed. The house also has new heating system, under-floor heating, radiators, as well as 4 fireplaces, which contribute to the cosy atmosphere of the house. The internal design of the house is modern, yet the traditional tone of the period has been kept.
The house has living area of 170 sq.m. with 3 bedrooms, modern kitchen and bathroom with shower cabin, 2 WCs, spacious living room of 50sq.m. with a fireplace. The terrace on the 2nd floor offers magnificent views towards the mountain and the old part of the town. The house benefits from a beautifully arranged 200 sq.m. inner yard.
