The peninsula borders to the north with the south-beach of Sozopol and to the south with the beautiful sandy beach "Smokinia" (fig). The building construction with support columns and skilful placed support walls means for you a maximum of flexibility and individuality by the formation of your living area - therefore there are barely bounderies for your imaginations. In the groundplan view all support columns and walls are marked white for your better information. The apartments are built with high quality materials and will be finished till the 31 of August 2007. They include spacious terraces/roof-decks or gardens/roof gardens with fantastic panorama.
